RETURN POLICY

How to return?

We hope that every client will be pleased and completely satisfied with the purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied after receiving an item, we offer a 14-day return policy for all products with original selling condition. Any return requests after 14 days will not be accepted. Please notify us at the email info@yearnshoemaker.com for the return request, and we will contact you for the instructions and we do not accept any returns without notification.   

Item Condition

The shoes must be returned unworn and unused without any sings of wear. We suggest trying the shoes on a carpeted surface to protect the sole and do not bend the foot to avoid the creasing of the shoe. Any shoes have creased uppers and scuffed leather soles, may not be accepted, and will be returned to you.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for different size or style, please return the item while place a new order for the replacement.

Cost of the return

We do not refund shipping costs for any kinds of return, unless the products we have sent are faulty. You must email us to report the fault items within 7 days of receiving and the shoes must be unworn. If the item is inspected to be a genuine fault, you will receive a fully refund include products and shipping cost.

CANCELLATIONS

If the shoes have not been sent out and you can email us to cancel the order, the fully refund will be placed. We cannot cancel the order if it has already left.

Note: All MTO orders are customized for clients’ requirement cannot be returned.
